World Champs Practice Video

It’s been a case of practice and practice again at Hafjell over the last few days, with the pressure of an out-and-out qualifying run taken off the riders’ shoulders.

Finding the right lines on a tricky technical track has been the order of the day, but on this dry hardpack of a surface the need for speed hasn’t been far away from the minds of those who feel they’re in with a great chance of putting the famous rainbow jersey on today.

Timed training revealed the main contenders with Greg Minnaar, the current World Champion, showing he isn’t going to give up his title easily with the fastest run of the men, but there isn’t much time separating the top 10. Current women’s World Champion Rachel Atherton will again be the lady to beat after topping the women’s standings.
