Is it really a Foxhunt if Rob Warner doesn’t record his expletive filled race?
Making his now somewhat annual trip to Ireland Rob decided to test himself once again on the slippery slopes of Rostrevor, slotting into the pack of 450 hounds and attempting to outrun Gee Atherton, Loic Bruni and Colin Ross. After getting caught up in some traffic at the start line Rob really started to feel it in the downhill section showing some impressive speed and passing skills, paired of course with his infamously hilarious (and expletive filled) commentary.
“Red Bull Foxhunt is probably my favourite event. I came here last year and I didn’t know what to expect, it was a lot better than I thought it was going to be. The big thing for me is that, the track, once it gets going is an amazing track and then you get over 450 people on it, the actual race run is a wild ride.
You’ve got people hitting you from behind, you’re bumping into people in front, it’s absolutely crazy. It’s such a buzz, a real real buzz to be at the start line with that many people, it was its usual carnage. I’ve loved it, it’s been a great few days again”. Rob Warner
