This brings back memories. I first started to ride proper MTB at Puddletown back in 97. Not been up there in last 4 years as I’d heard it had all been destroyed. I used to love how soft the ground was when you stacked. Then I moved to Dartmoor and discovered that granite was nowhere near as friendly.
Puddletown is still thriving, has been for years, short fast runs, nice intricate lines, few jumps here & there, wetter the better.
