RockGuardZ Polypropylene Mudguardz – First Look

Normally associated with all protective things built in Carbon fibre, the team at RockGuardz have now opted to bring out their very popular Mudguardz in a polypropylene injection moulded option (that’s plastic to the rest of us).

Still UK built in Shropshire, this one piece unit is a featherweight 60g and is designed to keep all that winter slop from hitting your chops as well as your stanchions. Available in two different sizes to fit different size forks, we got hold of the smaller model ( The PG350 ) and have fitted it to the Boxxers on the Orange 324 for some proper roosting around the quagmires of the Peak District.

Installation is a doddle with the supplied zipties. Nothing revolutionary here, though the stiffer plastic when compared to other flat packed mud guards does ensure a nice, dare I say it, premium plastic feel.
Stickers are optional and available in a glorious 7 different hues. Colour matchers rejoice!
