UCI Downhill World Cup – Windham – Preview

We’ve barely been able to draw breath since Mont St Anne. Windham is upon us already and with the championship as it is, it promises to be another stonker.

Sam Hill smashed it in the mens and it was a special moment seeing him back on the top step of the podium again. A confident Sam Hill is a dangerous thing indeed however, and the rest of the field will almost certainly be keeping one eye on The Nukeproof pilot all weekend. Ratboy is still on top form and the points lead is within reach. In the Women’s it was Manon Carpenter who just edged the victory of Rachel Atherton. Can Manon keep momentum going and put one hand on the World Cup title?
