Meet Team Remap Clothing Allmountainstyle.com
2015 Not only see’s the launch of a new clothing company in Remap Clothing but also a new UK enduro team of Remap Clothing Allmountainstyle.com.
The team consists of Richard Payne racing in elite and Toby Luce racing senior who will be racing in the newest Remap Clothing All Ride gear and mtb tops as well as being supported by Allmountainstyle.com providing frame protection and there super light om stem.

The teams first outing of the year was at the UK Gravity Enduro rd1 at Triscomb in Somerset where they’d get the chance to put the winter training and new kit into practice. Greeted on the Friday’s practice by grey skies and drizzle this did nothing to dampen spirits as were both keen to get on the bikes and head up the hill. The tracks were looking prime with a mixture of tech rooty riding, long pedally sections and flat out jumps and berms. This first race of the year had a slightly different format this time round due to restrictions from the forestry commission so both qualifying and stage one were on the Saturday but luckily with it being the shortest loop of the year you could still get a full loop in the morning for practice.

Qualifying came round and the trails were getting seriously rutted up with a lot of exposed roots coming through and racing saw highs and lows for both riders with Rich having a crash and unfortunately making a few mistakes landing him a 26th in a stacked elite field and Toby coming in 14th in a large senior field, giving them both motivation to crack on race day.

Race day rolled round and weather wise took a turn for the better with the rain holding off and the tracks even starting to dry even if the damage had been done. Again it was mixed fortunes for the riders with Toby putting in some great stage times and moving up to 9th overall starting the year with a strong top 10 finish, Rich, unfortunately, faced a few more inconsistencies in his runs and a couple more crashes cost him some time still though managing to move up a spot taking 25th and learning some valuable lessons.

All in all a great first outing for the team and roll on the next round. Thanks to all that have helped, Remap Clothing, allmountainstyle.com and The Cycle Centre and be sure to check in with @remapclothing and their Facebook page for all the latest updates on the team and latest gear.
