Leogang World Cup – Claudio’s Preview
Onwards to Leogang. The riders have barely had time to catch a lungful of air. The championship continues.
Arguably equipped with some of the most stunning views the Leogang World Cup is special when it comes to its incredible backdrop. Riders will be up in that start hut early for their runs just to soak it all in. Leogang, despite its critics, usually has some pretty memorable moments. We’ll never forget Gwins ‘on fire with no tyre’ run or of course Bryceland’s epic victory last year.
It is a track that divides opinion. Some like it for the fact it needs a near perfect precision run to nail a victory whilst others find it just a bit too sanitary. Whatever side you fall on, it should still provide some exciting racing come the last 20 runs on Sunday.
