GSTAAD Scott – Pushing the Limits in Windham
We catch up with the GSTAAD Scott Team at the Windham World Cup.

Pushing the limits in Windham, USA
A fast track through the woods of Windham, New York, forced the athletes to ride their bikes at the absolute limit.
Only 2 hours from New York City, Windham brought us another spectacular, hot and dusty World Cup, with Patrick Thome placing 16th, Brendan Fairclough in 24th, and Noel Niederberger in 41st.

Patrick Thome is getting faster with every race. 16th place is the right result to get him hungry for the world cup finals in his home country France: Meribel in 2 weeks.

Brendan Fairclough was enjoying the track with its big variety of jumps a lot during training. Several videos kept the fans busy on their computers during the week. The race didn’t go perfect for Brendan, but he still managed to place 24t

Noel Niederberger, just like Brendan, loved all those jumps on the track. When race time came, he kept them low, and showed consistency with a 41st place after his 39th from Mont Sainte Anne.

Brendan Fairclough is now directly flying to Whistler for the Crankworx Festival this week. The rest of the team will have a few days off, before heading to the world cup finals, taking place in Meribel, France, next week.

We will continue to fly on the wings of the Bull and to provide you with the different kinds of news on www.facebook.com/gstaadscott
