Day one at Eurobike and it’s demo day. Lots of new kit to look at and some to try out on the not particularly technical ‘demo route’.
Despite the lack of any technical features on the demo route, plenty of spills happened keeping the local ambulance team busy during the day. With new products found and new contacts made, expect some reviews coming in the near future.
Pro-Lite rear wheel from the a Taiwanese company you’ll be hearing more from soon. We’re hoping to get a test set of their carbon MTB wheels soon.This rear hub has 6 pawls, each with double engagement, giving 84 engagements. The axle can easily be unscrewed and changed for one of a different length.This wheel is built with their aluminium rim, soon to be available with a carbon rim.The hub comes with angular contact bearings, this allows the hub to be tightened without hindering the function of the bearing.Hip flask holder for your bike anyone? Very manoeuvrable, light bike that is capable of a lot.
