Euro Bits #2
Some more random bits and pieces from the wonderful world of Eurobike, enjoy –

It’s Eurobike again and time for the Fashion Show. Luckily (or unluckily as some would say) our space in the media centre is a prime viewing spot.

Seal Skins have added some new colours to the range to brighten things up, including their new waterproof riding gloves (below). The Dragon Eye MTB glove is a lightweight and flexible glove which offers maximum comfort and dexterity. It’s not as bulky as some winter gloves I’ve seen, it’s also not as slim as some but I get the impression they will be warm.

Erm……..

These new pads from Alligator have angled fins to direct airflow down and into the disks. We’ll hopefully be getting some to try in the near future. Currently only available in a single compound but other to follow.

Not sure the air is that dirty at Eurobike.

Gwinner’s World Cup bike on display on the TRP stand.

Odd name for your company, each to their own I guess.

Cooling fins are all the rage at the moment, these from Pavolution are no different.

Our favourites CHAOYANG (Passion For Forward) are back in town.

I used to have a pair of Atomlab wheels a while back, I seem to remember them being pretty tough. They’ve got their new carbon rims and bars on show here. The CFR carbon rim is available in 27.5, is 35mm wide (external) and weighs 440g.

Their new CFR carbon bar comes in at –
- Weight – 226g
- Width – 780mm
- Clamp Size – 35mm
- Rise – 30mm
- Sweep – 5 degree up, 9 degree back

They did bring their new SL pedals but some unscrupulous little scrote nicked them, along with two built bikes.
