Euro Bits #1
Time for some random bits from Eurobike.
Gwin Grips, useful for Gwinning races, seemingly. (see what we did there?)

Shimano have entered the dropper seat post market with their Pro brand.

Pro/Shimano Koryak Dropper Post
- 120mm drop
- 30.9mm or 31.6mm
- Cable operated; I-spec II or band type lever mounts
- Stealth routing only
- Infinitely adjustable position
- Air sprung, with no air adjustment (hoots!)
Shimano XT E8000 prototype wheel speed sensor. More exciting than a final production wheel speed sensor, but not by much.
Current world record holders for brightest paint job on a full-suspension fat bike with tiny chain ring, and brightest paint job on a full suspension E-fat bike
Revised Nicolai Ion G19…just look at it, and breathe in the craftsmanship! Probably a great bike too. Lovely touches like integrated fork bump stops, bolt on cable guides, and gratuitous levels of detail. As usual Nicolai are offering customisations galore too.
Looks like a normal Horst link…but wait, there’s more! (…links tucked away above the BB)
Funky shock adapter plates
Formula Selva damping cartridge, bladder in need-to-pee mode (damper compressed, that is).
SRAM GX DH cassette fits ‘traditional’ freehubs, and that spacer can (unofficially) be removed…anyone else thinking of a rear hub with decent spoke flange spacing?? Whichever way, it’s also only £26!
Those weird SRAM Eagle chain ring teeth which last longer (by loading the first 3 or 4 teeth on the tight side of the chain ring, instead of only the first 2), prevent chain suck, tolerate a heap of chain misalignment, and make less noise. Magical. Also they’re the only part of Eagle which is backwards compatible with their 11spd drivetrains.
Haibike hanging some serious kit off this 200mm travel E-bike rig.
No words necessary here…
