British Downhill Series Dates and Venues

2017 BDS Dates and venues: To be confirmed –

Round 1 – April 1st/2nd – Nant Gwrtheyrn, Gwynedd.

Round 2 – May 13th/14th – Fort William, Inverness-shire

Round 3 – June 17th/18th – Moelfre, Powys

Round 4 – July 1st/2nd – Rhyd-Y-Felin, Bala

Round 5 – August 19/20th – Hopton, Shropshire

Round 6 – September 23rd/24th Llangollen, Clwyd

Enter the 2017 BDS.

There are two simple steps to enter the BDS, British Cycling’s National Downhill Mountain Bike Series. You must first purchase a membership card directly from British Cycling in either Silver or Gold, this allows you to purchase a ‘Full Race Licence’. Purchase your membership HERE.

When asked if you are a member of a club please insert ‘British Downhill Series’ to help ensure we have a bigger voice within British Cycling.

The second step is to purchase a ‘Full Race’ licence directly from British Cycling. You can renew this either by phone by calling 0161 274 2010 or online HERE.

Please note the membership and race licence comes as one double-sided card that has the licence on one side and your membership on the other. Ensure this is signed and a recent passport style photograph is attached prior to attending the BDS events you have entered.
