British Downhill Series 2016 Dates and Venues Announced

Dates and Venues are out for next years BDS and we have a new venue at Revolution Bike Park in Wales. Entries go Live on the 2nd January

Round 1: 02-03 April – Ae Forest, Scotland
Round 2: 14-15 May – Fort William, Scotland
Round 3: 28-29 May – Rhyd-Y-Felin, Wales
Round 4: 25-26 June – Moelfre, Wales
Round 5: 27-28 August – Revolution Bike Park, Wales
Round 6: 17-18 September – Llangollen, Wales

The usual suspects are there and it’s good to see revolution Bike Park getting shot at round 5.  It is a little disappointing to note that no event is taking place in England next year but I guess the venues themselves dictate where racing goes ahead.

We are delighted to be able to confirm the dates for the 2016 British Cycling Downhill Series. The series was a huge success in 2015 with some great racing and fantastic crowds. We are very pleased to be able to welcome the event at Revolution Bike Park to the calendar for 2016. It’s a brilliant venue and will offer riders a new challenge.
