British Downhill Series 2014 – Dates & Venues
The British Downhill Series have announced their dates and venues for the 2014 Series and with it come some new venues. For the five round series we will start by heading up to Antur Stiniog for the first ever time at a National level. In between this and the final we will head to the legendary Fort William World Cup track, have a visit back to Ae Forest and a sure thing at Llangollen with the new reformed uplift route. Finishing off the series we will see the final at the now, brand new, Bike Park Wales and what is a very historic DH hillside, Gethin, in South Wales.

Want to race the BDS in 2014?
Entries open Saturday 4th January 09:00.
The race is pre-entry only and open to anyone with a valid Race License from their National Federation. For British riders you need to qualify by having 100 BC points. To do this firstly buy a B.C membership (either silver or gold) and a race license. Start racing at regional races, gain points and then come and race the BDS. Please note the points are not back dateable.
The points must be obtained by yourself in the discipline of downhill mountain bike racing that you have obtained from the 2013 race season.
