British 4X – Schwalbe to Remain Title Sponsor
It was a pretty amazing British 4X Championship this year so it’s no wonder Schwalbe want to be part of it again for 2015. 6 more rounds to look forward to next year.

After a fantastic 2014 4X season here in the UK, we are extremely happy to announce that Schwalbe have just signed a sponsorship agreement to remain the title sponsors for the 2015 British 4X Series.
The British 4X team are extremely excited to have signed Schwalbe up again for what will be their 5th year as title sponsors of the British 4X Series.
The series, which will continue to be known as the ‘Schwalbe British 4X Series’, continues to attract top riders, produce fantastic racing and create a fun atmosphere that ensures both riders and spectators have a great day at the races.

Schwalbe British 4X Series
The Schwalbe British 4X Series will be run over 6 rounds in 2015. With increased rider numbers in 2014, Chris Roberts, the series organiser, is ecstatic with the progress 4X has made in the UK over the past few years:
‘4X here in the UK, continues to provide great value for money racing from entry level up to the elite category. The atmosphere at every round is fantastic and we can’t wait to see more new faces in 2015. The growth of women’s racing in particular is encouraging and something we are looking to grow even more in 2015. Schwalbe have been a fantastic partner for 4X and we look forward to many more years working with them.’
Dave Taylor, the marketing manager for Schwalbe UK, loves the sport of 4X and is a huge fan:
‘The British 4X Series has been fantastic for Schwalbe in the last few years and we are more than happy to be the title sponsor of the Series for 2015. We continue to distribute our ‘Gatestar’ specific 4X tyres for 2015 and we look forward to seeing plenty of the new ‘Nobby Nics’ at the races next year. 4X racing in Britain is the most action packed Mountain Biking you could ever hope to witness. We love it and can’t wait for the 2015 season to start.

4X Racing:
With 4X being the Mountain Bike discipline where you can forget about the wheelsize and bike debate, riders can simply turn up, race their friends and do it on a 24”, 26”, 27.5” or 29” wheeled bike. A bike that can range from a hardtail to XC bike, Enduro or even downhill. If you have a mountain bike, you can come along to a 4X event and have a blast racing.
2015 Dates and Venues:
With so many 4X tracks throughout the UK right now, selecting the best tracks is always a tough job. Here are the 2015 dates and venues which we have selected to challenge the riders and determine the 2015 Schwalbe British 4X Series Champions.
Round 1 – 12th April – Harthill, Cheshire
Round 2 – 17th May – Afan, South Wales
Round 3 – 14th June – Redhill, Gloucestershire
Round 4 – 12th July – TBC
