Bratislava City Downhill Ends Abruptly

Finals of the City Downhill in Bratislava came to a halt when rioters ambushed the end of the course during a demonstration.

The demonstration and march through the city was part of a protest against illegal immigration. It seems no one was seriously hurt but equipment was damaged and the race was cancelled for the weekend. Fingers crossed it will get chance to run again in the city.
