Eurobike 16 – Propain Rage CF

Propain launched a new, carbon version of their Rage DH bike at Eurobike.  Developed with input from the Propain Dirt Zelvy  team – particularly Phil Atwill – this bike has got to be a ripper, as well as being less metallic.The Rage CF is available in only 2 sizes; S/M and L/XL, but don’t panic!!  It features adjustable reach and adjustable chain stay length.  The reach is adjustable by means of an offset head tube insert  for +/-10mm, or a concentric item for 0mm, giving 411 – 461mm overall range.

Chain stay options are 445 or 459mm, achieved by swapping some dropout parts and remounting the rear brake on it’s 2 position adaptor.  All necessary parts are supplied with the bike.

The rear suspension has been tweaked to accommodate metric shock sizing, and the travel has been reduced from 220mm down to 210.

The Rage CF will be available to order in October, for March delivery.  The bike pictured here is available for a limited time only, and retails for EUR4999.
