Crank Brothers Double Shot – First Look
We recently received these pedals from Crank Brothers, a flip flop pedal that can be used clipped-in or flat. Pick a side.
Crank Brothers started out when Carl Winfordner and Frank Hermansen created a tyre lever. The Speed Lever started out in 1996 and was launched at the 1997 Interbike. As they started out they had no financial backing, it was made by a friend, in his production facility. They are know commonly known for their Eggbeater pedal, a bit of an icon in the world of pedals, if not mountain biking as a whole. As well as pedals, they now produce a whole range of items from wheels to pumps and other tools.
Here we take a first look at their Double Shot, a flip flop pedal which can be used either clipped in or flat.
