The fourth round of the UCI Downhill Mountain Bike World Cup in Leogang proved to be the best race of the season so far.

With the expected rain holding off, a drying track saw times tumble, eading to an intense finale in the men’s race involving Greg Minnaar, Troy Brosnan, Loris Vergier and Aaron Gwin. For the women it was very much Rachel Atherton’s race to lose.
