This is where it all begins. Where dreams can be made or lost. Do you choose to relax or to focus? Either way, things are about to get real.
Ask any athlete from any sport. Ask any theater actor, ask any musician or singer. The moment of dread, the moment of doubt, the moment of excruciating fear is the point just before the start. The point just before you are about to step out. In front of the masses. For everyone to see if you make it or break it.
Once you are out there and going, all is well; the world is serine, time slows down and calm and subsequent flow exudes. In so many aspects of life it isn’t the mere act of doing that is so hard. It is the act of doing from a place of not doing.
