The opening round of the iXS European DH Cup took place over the weekend in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia.

The venue was drafted in almost at the last minute after some organisational problems with the originally scheduled host, Maribor. Luckily enough though, Kranjska Gora stepped up to the plate and was well received by just about everyone.
