Freeride in the Alps

Maxime Peythieu hits the Alps and puts his wide ranging bike skills to the test

Maxime Peythieu is a French mountain bike rider from the Team MIA Santa Cruz. He’s very polyvalent, riding dirtjumps, racing enduro and freeriding. We’ve wanted to make a video project for a long time and we finally did it. We wanted to shoot only freeride sections throughout the French Alps, around Serre Chevalier, like the steep rock garden of Col de l’Izoard or his home trail, Serlin, near Grenoble with many jumps into the forest. Max also invited his mate Aurélien Demailly to join him on the Serre Chevalier bike park to share a beautifull summer session!
