Cycle Show 15 – Randoms #3
Our third and final randoms from the cycle show with a look at DMR, GT, Canyon and Voodoo

The future for commuter bikes, possibly even MTB’s? Canyons Commuter bike has built in front and rear lights as well as belt drive, hub gears and anti theft bolts on the wheels and seatpost.

For us, this wins best looking bike of the show. It’s all about the stealth… always has been.

But colour wise, Gulf Oil is an absolute classic. It’s takes alot to pull it off, but the new Cube Two15 nails it.

The DMR Bolt became a classic pretty sharpish, but how good does it look with a coil shock?!

Fastest bike at the show? Well it was a few weeks back when Rachel Atherton took the World Championships title on board this very special GT Fury.

This caught our eye for its price, a full GT I-Drive enduro style bike for under 1k. Available in 5 sizes, the Verb Comp retails at just £799.99. Bargain!

The GT Zaskar is an absolute classic. It’s triple triangle design has remained a distinguishing feature even today, when it gets a re-vamp.

This is the Zaskar in a UK spec! What’s that mean? Well, it’s more inline with what we actually want in a HT. Wider bars, 1x and a shorter stem.

Need a water proof bag to carry your kit? Worth having a look at Henty. Designed by a cyclist, these bags are as practical as they can get.

Maybe not for the downhill trips, but a great design non the less. This Henty bag allows you to carry clothing on your back without getting it creased. The suit section rolls around the main part of the bag keeping it clean and tidy, a great little design.

This is the TMR Designs InPrint grip. A grip which you can mould specifically to your hand to reduce pressure points and give a better grip.

This is the grip before you dunk it in hot water and make it custom. We have a few sets on review, so we’ll give you a load more info on them soon.

These are the expensive guys, machined out of one piece of aluminium. The grips come in two versions, standard at £25 with a plastic body or the above at £39 with a CNC’d sleeve and titanium bolt.

The new DMR Trailstar has alot to live up to, times have changed since its first turn… alot.

Halfords where at the Cycle Show in force with a series of brands. Voodoo where a big part of this with a range of HT’s and full suspension bikes at bargain prices.
That’s a wrap from the Cycle Show for this year. We still have some Extra’s from Eurobike to come and before long we’ll be at even more 2016 product shows, with more exclusives.
