Eurobike 13 – Leatt Neck Braces
Leatt give us the info on their neck brace and gear for the kids.
Leatt have been in neck braces for over five years now, and the designs are looking more and more refined every year.
They have created some neck braces for the younger/child sized riders our there that incorporate a chest protector. The kids gear is also sculpted to suit younger backs, with more of a curve to them. With rippers like Jackson Goldstone wearing a brace, it is awesome to see a company not just scaling down their gear, but designing it to fit properly.
The new brace is looking very slick, with moulded padding and some tidy new colorways.
The release has been tidied up as well to keep things looking clean.
Probably the most exciting change is the way you can tune your fit. Instead of having to fiddle about swapping plastic inserts, you can now simply move both the front and rear supports at the click of a latch. This should get rid of anyone riding in a poorly fitting brace and help to further reduce any injuries.
We are looking forward to popping one of these over our sweaty shoulders and giving it a blast on the trails soon.
