Eurobike 13 – Evoc
Evoc have made a name for themselves for making some of the nicest looking & totally practical luggage solutions. This year they’ve introduced a couple of great new product to their range. We’re really impressed with the latest additions & it seems Evoc are really listening to riders’ needs & wants.
Expanding the range of Evoc luggage options is this awesome looking photographer’s bag. A 26 litre capacity rucksack with a large opening at the rear for full access to your equipment, and a separate compartment for your non-camera gear at the top. The bag even comes with a hydration bladder in a side pocket, meaning you’ll stay hydrated even when off the bike. The camera compartments are fully size adjustable to keep your kit safe & snug. We’re really, really impressed with this product & can’t wait to get our hands on one.
The Action Camera Pack has a total 3 litre capacity, and is specifically designed to take action camera & their accessories. As you can see from the photo, a GoPro & a whole selection of accessories fit no problem, with adjustable compartments & a water resistant finish. Such a great looking product & designed to fit within any existing Evoc rucksack.
The Roamer is a 22l day bag, using a light weight construction & compatible with a removable 3 litter bladder in it’s own compartment. It has a tool specific pocket to keep those dirty tools away from your clean kit, and features a roll out helmet fastening system for full & open face helmets. Specifically designed for women is the Glade, a 25 litre day bag with all the great features of the Roamer.
This beast is named the Explorer, and has a total luggage capacity of 30 litres, designed to be a true all day bag with an outer tool compartment, roll out helmet fastener, side pockets & a hydration pocket. The biggest feature on this bag is the Airflow Contact system, giving maximum back ventilation on long days in the saddle.
It wouldn’t be right not to feature a bag for mum & dad & not one for the kids. Evoc have got their very own bag for those trail ripping kids, the Joyride is a 4 litre scaled down version of the day packs, coming in a range of colours, and compatible with 2 litter hydration bladders.
Stepping away from the luggage market, Evoc have introduced protection vest to their range, we heard about these last year at Eurobike, but they’re finally ready to go. the range consists of the Protector Vest Lite & Protector Vest Air+, both in male & female specific models.
The Lite vest weighs in at just 490g for a medium size, and features a Liteshield back & coccyx protector with a comfy & adjustable waist strap. The impact protection padding is silmline & should fit under your standard size jersey, no need to size up. The Air+ weighs in a little more at 600g for a medium sized, but features shoulder pads, with all padding reinforced with a kevlar outer layer. They are both machine washable as the pads are all removable.
