Eurobike 13 – Day 1.1
It’s Day One here in Friedrichshafen, the stands are set up and it’s go time! Take a look at the latest from Eurobike.
Dainese
We’ve had the Oak ProKnee Guards on test for a little while, and we were stoked to see a good range of gear from Dainese.

Articulated knee joints, an improved strapping system and a more breathable fabric should help these become a firm favourite with riders.

The new enduro style of knee pad features massive venting thanks to a custom rubber and memory foam insert.

Rubber hexagons integrate with memory foam to create a soft, flexible, yet protective layer.

This padding also features in their mid-level jacket, which features a cut out area to make breathing hard and pedaling comfortable. The sleeves zip off, and are easy enough to remove, even from underneath a short sleeved jersey.
Endura
Endura have been developing their range of protection, and added trousers to their downhill lineup.

Long sleeved DH Jerseys get some more colours for 2014

The Singletrack pads feature a dense memory foam and elasticated straps that open completely so you don’t have to take your shoes off to put them on.

Based on their DH shorts, the trousers feature the same great fabric and features.
Transition Bikes
Transition were showing off the prototype TR450 on their stand.

The graphics aren’t finalised, and parts were CNC’d rather than forged, but even at this stage it is looking mighty fine.

The linkages have been slimmed down, and the leverage ratio tweaked slightly. The “Chips” that you could swap have moved to be more accessible allowing riders to swap between two settings much more easily.

Internal cable routing keeps the bike looking extremely tidy.

The adjustable wheelbase wasn’t finalised on this prototype, but will make it to the final product.
ANVL Components
Transitions TR450 was equipped with a range of ANVL components including hubs, saddle, stem and grips.
There isn’t much information available about them at the moment, but keep an eye on their website and Ride.io for more as we get it.

Sweet Components
Sweet made their first foray into the mountain bike world last year, and this year they have some exciting new gear in the pipe for 2014.

The Bushwhacker helmet is targeted at enduro riders with tons of venting while still providing full coverage.

It’s available in Carbon (top) or Composite (above) and a range of colours.

The strapping at the back is 4 way adjustable for the perfect fit.

Muc Off

Muc Off are now offering a full range of products for cleaning and lubing yourself and your bike. We are going to take a full and indepth look at their product line up in the next few weeks.

Highlights include this improved chain cleaner that is designed not to become clogged or grimey. In the prototype stages at the moment, but due out soon.
