Stanton Bikes – 4X and DJ Frames Announced

Fresh from winning the Readers’ Awards Best Hartail, Stanton Bikes are proud to show us a few shots of some new frames.

Dan of Stanton Bikes sent over the following information. We can’t wait to sling a leg over these frames and get some air.

“We’ve just received our new DJ and 4X samples and we’re super chuffed with the way they’ve turned out. Below are a few images of the raw finish DJ frame.  The frames will be available in both Raw and Black.

The raw  is not just a lacquer but a pigmentles paint and offers the same longevity of a normal paint finish.
The head tube logo  has had the cog milled back .5mm then the crown is cut through the tube to make for an awesome finished head badge logo.

There’s also a crown CNC’d out of the brace on the top tube, bullet ended stays and obviously all the heat flares have been left on to reveal some beautiful weld colorations.

Geo. The DJ frame (shown here) has 385mm stays, a 300mm seat post (fits 27.2), 22” top tube and a 69 degree head angle. It also has a Mid bottom bracket, integrated head tube and removable brake mounts.

The 4X frame however has 400mm stays 330mm seat post (fits 27.2) and 22.5” top tube and a 68 deg head angle. It has a euro Bottom-bracket with I.S.C.G 05 mounts and some real neat little cowled dropouts.

Both frames weigh roughly 4.6lbs.

We’re told they will be ready in roughly 6 weeks. Stay tuned to Ride.io for all the latest info.
